The Famous "Lady Vintage" Audrey Hepburn Dress features a full 1950s style flared skirt, and has a high neck at the front and back which creates an extremely classy and elegant look. There is a concealed zip fastening at the back and the dresses come complete with a slim black suede effect belt. The dresses are true 1950s length (approximately 43 inches from shoulder to hem in a Size 8). We have photographed the dress using a 1950s style 27" petticoat, which helps to show the fullness of the skirt. Although not essential to wear with one, they really do create an extremely Vintage look.. We only use the best quality materials in our dresses, and this Cotton Sateen has excellent stretch. This dress is not lined. Manufactured by Lady V London and Made in London.

Delivery and Returns

 UK Standard Delivery

£3.95 per order (Free Delivery for orders over £75). Delivered in 3-5 working days.

You may have your orders delivered to a home or work address that is convenient for you. We can deliver to the BFPO (British Forces Post Office), but we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Hospitals, Airports and Prisons.

Deliveries are usually within 3-5 working days, and are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. This service includes SMS and e-mail notifications. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays, so please allow an extra day for this. Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland may take up to two working days longer. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, and there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel, the postman will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office.

 UK Express Delivery

£5.95 per order. Delivered Next Working Day.

With our Express Delivery service you get:

·Next Day Delivery (further information below)

·One-hour Delivery Window (you will receive an e-mail/SMS from DPD on the morning of your delivery, allocating you with a 60 minute delivery window).

·Option to change your delivery day via e-mail/SMS to another day, if not convenient.

Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 14:00 Thursday, but before 14:00 on Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. We will confirm the expected delivery date by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this. UK Express Delivery is unavailable when delivering to The Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland. Please use our Standard service for these destinations.

 International Delivery

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide and we offer FREE Delivery on all orders over £150.

Payments can be made in GB Pounds Sterling (£). The exchange rate will be determined by the issuer of the payment card you use. All orders are shipped from the UK. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Have you dispatched my order?

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming that it’s on its way. You will also receive a tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of the delivery. You are also able to check the status of your order through the ‘My Account’ area on the website.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

I have received a faulty or incorrect item in my order

If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, ir have received an incorrect item please contact us explaining the fault/error and you will be issued with instructions on how to return. Once we receive the item back and have investigated the fault, you will be provided with a full refund or sent a replacement item at your request. Please remember to include your order number in your message, and we will be able to investigate further and resolve the problem.

I am an International Customer, and I have received notification that I must pay a customs fee

International Shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility. For further details about customs, please contact your government website. Please note: If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit.


 Returns

We hope you’ll love every Lady V London purchase you make, but if you ever need to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receipt.

How to Return

Send your unwanted items to us at the address below. Please make sure that you include a copy of your invoice with your order, with the Returns information completed. Details of how to return an item are also included within the package that you receive. We highly recommend sending all returns back by a tracked/recorded delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post, so please make sure that the value of the goods are covered by the relevant insurance. Please note that postage charges are not refundable.

We request that all returns are neatly folded and returned in a sale-able condition, with all tags attached and free from odour (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc). If items have been worn or damaged we reserve the right not to refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will usually receive your refund within 3 working days following our receipt of the return package, however, during busy times it may take up to 7 working days. You will receive e-mail notification of your return when we receive it, and when your refund has been processed. Please note that if items are posted back to us later than 14 days from the date you received your order, a refund may be refused and the garments may be sent back to you at your own expense.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee should items not be returned in the same condition they were sent out in.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items from your order, please return your order to us with a copy of your invoice. Please make sure that you state which dress, and size you require on the Returns form. We do not charge any additional postage for exchanges on full-priced items within the UK but any Sale items returned for exchange will be subject to a redelivery charge. All exchanges are posted with UK Standard Delivery (if you require the Express Delivery please re-order, and return your item(s) for refund). You will receive e-mail notification when your return is received, and when your exchange has been dispatched.

Please note that we are unable to reserve items for exchange. Therefore, if requesting a dress that is showing low in stock, we strongly recommend re-ordering and returning your original item for refund. If you request an item for exchange that is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

International Exchanges are subject to a re-shipping fee. An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned items for the re-shipping charge. For a faster turnaround we would recommend that you return your item(s) for refund, and place a new order for the different size or style.

Faulty Items

If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, or have received an incorrect item please contact us and we will be happy to help. We will need you to return the order to us for us to inspect and will provide you with a returns label to send back the goods.
